Minutes of Annual General Meeting
Black Tusk Nordic Events Society

The Society held its first AGM via zoom on September 27, 2021.
The following 10 members were confirmed at the meeting:
- Stéphane Barrette representing Nordiq Canada
- Kelly Johansson representing Ski Jumping & Nordic Combined Canada
- Julie Beaulieu representing Nordiq Canada
- Tony Peiffer representing Whistler Sport Legacies
- Georgia Manhard representing Cross Country BC
- Dirk Rohde representing the Nordic Clubs of Sea to Sky and Lower Mainland
- Kevin Pettersen – independent member
- John McLaughlin – independent member
- Reid Carter – independent member
- Norman Laube – independent member
In addition, the following members were elected as Directors
- Norman Laube as Chair
- Reid Carter as Vice Chair
- John McLaughlin as Treasurer
Financial statements for fiscal year end March 31, 2021, approved by the Directors, were
shared. Budget for fiscal year April 2021 to March 31, 2022 was shared.
The Society is hosting four key events in 2022 and the World Juniors in 2023 all at Whistler
Olympic Park.

FIS Continental Cup Ski Jumping Women & Nordic Combined Men & Women
